I agree with William that there was a lot of good music to surface this year, making it difficult to whittle my favorites down to a list of ten. In the midst of amazing albums by bands I’ve never heard before and disappointments from bands I’ve loved, I somehow managed to do so. Some albums were surprisingly good and some surprisingly mediocre. Here’s a list of my favorites from 2010.
