No Age has released another fantastic piece of art with their new video for “Fever Dreaming” which finds the band playing in some industrial size garage with um… interesting results.

For those unfamiliar with The Obits, they are a well-bred indie rock band featuring members of Drive Like Jehu, Hot Snakes, Pitchfork and Edsel. The band has an angular, yet catchy garage rock sound and they absolutely kill it live. Their new record Moody, Standard And Poor hits stores on March 29th.

Mogwai are set to release their latest post-rock opus Hardcore Will Never Die But You Will which you can sample some tracks from below. As with any Mogwai record you will need to listen to the album in it’s entirety for full impact. On Hardcore the band returned to working with producer Paul Savage who worked on their classic debut Young Team.

J Mascis has posted his first track from his solo record Several Shades of Why coming out on Sub Pop next year. It’s like acoustic solo-less heart-felt Dinosaur Jr. and it’s great. You can stream below or give up your email for the download over at Sub Pop’s site.

Male Bonding will release the Nothing Remains 7″ via Sub Pop / Paradise Vendors Inc in December which will be limited to 300 copies. The EP is available for pre-order through Paradise Vendors now in the UK and will be available via Sub Pop soon.

Mogwai have announced the details of their new 7″ that will preview their new record Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will. The 7″ will include A side “Rano Pano” and “Hasenheide” on the B side. Album art is based on the classic Sub Pop Singles Club artwork. You can pre-order it from Sub Pop.

Pissed Jeans drop a 7″ today featuring two new tracks “Sam Kinison Woman” and “The L Word” which will definitely make your turntable scream, wail and feel a bit dirty. Check out “Sam Kinison Woman” below.

UK Lo-fi punks Male Bonding dive into an otherworldly underwater scene for the “Weird Feelings” video, a track off of their Sub Pop debut Nothing Hurts. The VHS quality and the green screen effects give the impression that they may have recorded this video at a karaoke place somewhere in a mall during the nineties. Check these guys out on tour this fall with Best Coast.

Check out the first jam from the new No Age record Everything in Between which will be out on September 28th. The production is slightly glossier (don’t worry, only slightly) but still very noisy.
