Album Art Spotlight: Children – Hard Times…
May 13th, 2009 | 0 Comments

This will be a new feature to spotlight album art each week. First up, is the new record from Kemado Records artist Children. The album cover of Hard Times Hanging at the End of the World is a mix between water color and pencil drawings. The hand made feel is a departure from most of the glossy designs and distressed text you see on metal covers today. This proves that even a rainbow can be acceptable in metal. Well at least if it is spewing from a bearded guy’s severed head. You can check out the track Power Spirit on their myspace. The song gives the vibe of what Slayer might sound like with classic rock guitar tones.
