The Blackened Music Series kicked off last week with the impressively blistering line-up of Brutal Truth, Repulsion and Pig Destroyer at the Brooklyn Masonic Temple. The venue featured a few vendors selling metal cds and vinyl. The show also doubled as a release party for the new Decibel book which we are giving away a couple copies of. Despite feeling like a boiler room inside at times it was a great show and every band slayed. Click next for more photos.
