Yuck‘s lead singer/guitarist Daniel Blumberg came onto the stage hunched over the microphone, almost mimicking the crude drawing on their album cover as he performed each song to perfection while making it look effortless. Their lengthy set before Tame Impala found the band performing a good chunk of tracks off their self-titled album, with highlights being “Get Away”, “Georgia” and “Operation”, the only song with guitarist Max Bloom on lead vocals. If you missed them, your in luck because the band will be back in a couple weeks with a headlining set at Bowery Ballroom.

Tame Impala played an incredible show to a smoke-filled room at Webster Hall Monday night. The Aussie psych-rockers played an-hour-and-15-minute-long set, which included “It Is Not Meant to Be”, “Lucidity”, and “Expectation” from their 2010 album Innerspeaker.
